If you drink a glass of water substituting carbonated beverage you can cut around 150 calories. Even a cup of fruit juice can cut 50 to 10 calories.

You have to stick on to your diet. When you are breaking the rules you are accumulating fat in your body. The metabolic activities of your body will not be working when you are inactive. This results in the build up of calorie in the body. These excess calories are then converted to body fat. You have to compensate the inactive time with regular exercises. Exercises increase the metabolic speed.
