Your meals must be shot and spread throughout the day. It is better to eat the same meal repeatedly. You have a list of meals and repeat it alternatively. You can mix match and construct meals from the limited few but never change. You can select your meals from egg whites with one whole egg, chicken breast, chicken thigh, organic beef, and pork for proteins. Lentils, black beans, pinto beans for legumes and spinach, asparagus, peas for vegetables.

You have to consume a lot of fluid for increasing the metabolism of your body. But it is important to say no to calorie drinks. Drink large quantity of water since there is no calorie in it. You can also drink unsweetened fluid like iced tea, tea, diet soda or coffee without cream. Avoid drinking milk, normal soft drinks and fruit juices. You can have one glass of wine in the evening. Wine can be effective for sports recovery and fat loss.

You can take a day off from your diet. But it should be just to satisfy your taste buds. Don’t get carried away. They day should be planned and fixed. You should not take break on other days.

The food that we eat and burn inside our body show at our face and our skin. The key to healthy looking skin is, therefore, a healthy diet. Skin is the largest organ of the body and what we eat greatly affects the quality of the skin. To have a great skin the diet should be focused around fresh fruits, veggies, healthy fats and proteins. It is also very important to drink around five liters of water each day. There are also certain kinds of foods that must be avoided. In order to get a healthy skin you should avoid taking processed food, sugars and trans- fat.

A perfect diet for a perfect skin includes raw and slightly steamed organic vegetables, fresh organic foods, grass fed beef, etc. The oil used for cooking the food should be extra virgin olive oil or macadamia nut oil. Small amounts of whole grain food should also be inculcated in the diet.  The diet not only makes your skin look beautiful but lets you enjoy a great health. Battered or fried food should be avoided at all costs. All the ‘white’ foods like the white bread, pasta, baked goods, etc should also be avoided.
